A close look at Hudson Park (HP) reveals a rare attention to superior design and quality materials. Our builder takes pride in crafting buildings with unique character; he takes care of every detail from level one to each distinctive skyline. Casey's goal: To produce the heritage buildings of tomorrow.

Charlesfort's 'Moorcroft' in Old Ottawa South is named for British ‘Arts and Craft’ designers of the 19th century. ‘The Glasgow’ and ‘Glass Works’ both take inspiration from Charles Rennie MacKintosh, a designer, architect and influencer in the 'Art Nouveau Movement'.

Hudson Park's architectural elements and interior are inspired by the 'Art Deco Movements' in New York, Paris and Germany.

Architects Barry J. Hobin & Associates gave excellence to the building's presence and features. The art deco motifs of the design and hardware are custom crafted.

It’s not unusual to hear new residents speak of waiting more than a year for a unit to become available in 235 or 245.  That’s not surprising though, when we compare our iconic design, excellent standards and custom finishes to the money-saving features in newer condo builidings.

HP residents also profit from two beautiful, landscaped outdoor spaces: A peaceful courtyard on level two is shielded from the city streets and then, meeting each foyer door at ground level, our residents and visitors are greeted with a sense of seclusion and beauty.  Each each season unfolds right on our doorstep in the downtown.

With shaded green spaces, fabulous common areas, superb units and our magnificent skyline, we each have a rare home in the city.
